A brutal crime! The visit is in a period of low water, at a low avarage water level for the season.HPP works as it is the next water catchment that we encounter
and which was first designed to take all water of the river of Osam and then,only if the owner wishes, the water can be leaked into the bed of the river. In this
period it mustn't even work but the visit found that the only water, in gross discretion, not more than 30l/s, is released in the river through a number of unsealed
openings in floodgate. No fish pass!!! There are only puddles in the river bed.
Visibly quite old water catchment with multiple cracks in the barrage.
